EARS Sun Gear appreciates your business. EARS Sun Gear is manufactured 100% in the U.S.A. We ship all orders via ground shipping through the United States Postal Service. Our standard shipping and handling cost are $4.00 whether buying 1 set or 50 sets. For orders above 50 sets standard shipping rates will apply.

I've had a wonderful career in the ceramic tile business for 31 years creating and designing new bathrooms for my customers. I have an even more fulfilling opportunity creating a product like EARS Sun Gear and now I have a chance to change lives by providing something that everyone can use.

EARS Sun Gear was created  because  research tells us there are more cases of skin cancer diagnosed annually than All other cancers combined. After more research, we found that the TOPS of the ears were the 3rd most prevalent area men over 55 get skin cancer. So we developed a product for all baseball hats, all ages and all ears.

Whatever your outdoor activity, you can protect those small, medium and large ears from getting sunburned. We also wanted to make EARS Sun Gear affordable so you can have multiple colors and share them with your friends and family. Theirs nothing more important then your loved ones so lets keep them safe in the sun.
